FREE Yoga Class at Body & Soul, Saturday, Nov. 6th

Hatha Yoga is deep breathing in syncopation with movement. Stretch and strengthen your body and relax your mind. This is a class of balanced effort and ease where modifications and supports are used. 
No experience necessary. This class is free and open to the public.
