"I have been a member of a few other gyms and you just don't get the personal attention that is received at Body & Soul. If you aren't doing an exercise correctly, it is brought to your attention so you get the maximum benefit and you don't get injured. The owner keeps you informed on nutrition and exercise tidbits with newsletters and if you have any questions, she is always there to ask. The gym is also very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this gym to any woman who either wants to lose weight, maintain weight, get toned, or just wants to get some exercise!"
