Remember the fun of hula hooping as a kid? Well, hooping is no longer reserved for kids and Jenny Hill, certified Body Hoops instructor, will show you how to combine fun and fitness.
If you are new to the hoop, this workshop is for you! Sculpt your body, improve flexibility and endurance, boost your creativity and expression, and enjoy an action-packed cardiovascular workout while burning up to 210 calories in 30 minutes!
This 2 hour workshop includes warm-ups, core hooping skills, learning to “recover the hoop,” some fun off-body moves, an introduction to hoop dance, and a relaxing cool down.
No previous experience required. Hoops are provided during the workshop. Please wear natural fiber workout clothing, and bring a bottle of water. (You can also purchase water at Body & Soul but there are no water fountains available.)
