He's very right. I'm working with a trainer at the gym and I'm seeing results quickly because I'm doing cardio, strength training AND keeping a food journal. I'm following my trainer's food recommendations, getting protein, carbs, veggies/fruit, and a lot of water. In just three weeks, I've lost 12 pounds!

If everyone would stop looking for a quick fix and if women would pick up a dumbbell heavier than 3 pounds, they'd get results. You're proof of that, Meg.
