Body & Soul's Holiday Weekend Schedule
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon
Sunday: CLOSED
Monday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon (boot camp at 9:00 & 10:00)
Burn some extra calories before your holiday cookout, picnic or party. Join us for boot camp on Monday. Everyone is welcome. If you are not currently enrolled in boot camp, just pay $20 and I will donate it to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
