An Apple A Day Keeps The Cholesterol Away

We all know that apples are nutritious and a great source of fiber but did you know that eating apples can also help keep your cholesterol in check?

Red Delicious apples, especially, are rich in phenolics, which make blood fats more stable. More stability means the blood fats are less likely to oxidize and stick to the walls of your arteries causing block-ages.
