Your Body Can Be Your Gym

Some people hate going to the gym. I'm not one of them. I enjoy the variety of "toys" available. I can use dumbbells, stability balls, TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, the cable machine, etc. I know there are people with well stocked home gyms but they're not the norm.

That being said, I also appreciate the effectiveness of bodyweight exercises. I use them in the programs I design for Body & Soul members and during No Pink Dumbbells workouts. I've designed lots of bodyweight workouts for people going on vacation, those who aren't lucky enough to have access to Body & Soul :-), quickie workouts for members to use when they can't get to the gym, etc.

Some people prefer circuit machines over bodyweight exercises because they find the machines easier. (That's a whole other post.) But you'll get much better results from challenging bodyweight exercises because so many more muscles are involved to stabilize yourself and to perform the exercise.

I also enjoy being able to exercise outside. On nice days, I'd sometimes go across the street to the park (before it was being renovated and was inaccessible) and work out there. You can see what's going on at Crystal Park here ==> Crystal Park Progress

A couple of days ago, someone posted on Facebook that she'd lost some weight and needed to start exercising but had limited time. I suggested she check out Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training workouts. Most of his programs are designed to be used at home with limited equipment.

Today, I found the article below from CB in my inbox, so even if you have NO equipment at home, you can get great workouts without joining a gym.

The Ultimate Bodyweight Workout

By Craig Ballantyne, CTT
Certified Turbulence Trainer
Creator of 101 Bodyweight Exercises

One of the most common questions I get asked is something like "If you could only do 5 exercises....?" or "if you could only use one piece of equipment....?"

I have to admit, I think these questions are silly, because when would I ever have those limits placed upon me?

Well, I guess there is one answer...a hotel room. Recently, stuck in a hotel with a terrible gym, all I could do was bodyweight circuits in my room.

Fortunately, because of my insane knowledge of bodyweight training, I was able to create an incredible workout.

To learn more, check out these bodyweight circuits ==> 101 Bodyweight Exercises

So let me tell you a secret previously known by only a few of the world's best personal trainers...

Your body is actually the BEST piece of home gym "workout equipment" in the world for helping you GAIN muscle and BURN fat without spending tons of money.

Countless soldiers, secret service men, professional bodyguards, gymnasts, martial artists, dancers, and athletes have long relied on bodyweight training secrets to build a lean, long, sexy look.

And here's something NO fitness magazine will ever admit. You know those cover models they put on their magazines? The ones with the six pack abs and flat stomachs and no belly fat?

I've met dozens of those fitness models, and only a small percentage even workout with weights.

Most of them are simply athletic and just like to "bang out" a few quick bodyweight workouts per week.

Hardly any mainstream fitness model spends hours in the gym, even though that's what the magazines tell you month after month.

It's a complex conspiracy to keep you coming back for long commercial gym workouts, even though their superstar cover models don't even use those programs.

Men and women with the long, lean bodies you want don't use workout machines or even spend much time in commercial gyms at all...

...they are warriors, athletes, beach-body surfers, climbers, and all types of other people who prefer bodyweight exercise and fun activities over boring machine workouts.

The cover models are the people you see cranking out workouts at the playground or in the park with little more than their own bodyweight for resistance.

Bodyweight exercise is for people who want a life, not a life sentence of 2-hour long commercial gym workouts.

Cover models - like professional surfer Laird Hamilton, for example - would much rather be out on the beach enjoying their life than "strutting their stuff" in the cardio area of an empty gym on a Saturday morning.

And so would I.

That's why you could crank out a bodyweight workout three times per week rather than spending another 60 to 90 minutes in the gym lifting weights.

With bodyweight workouts, you'll save time (they are shorter and don't require you to drive to the gym and back), so you can enjoy more time outside - heck, you can even do most of these workouts in the park.

You'll be shocked when you compare the Turbulence Training Bodyweight Cardio workouts against traditional cardio machines because your results will show...

Bodyweight Cardio workouts are more effective for total body conditioning and fat burning.

Studies even show that traditional long, slow cardio workouts don't even work while circuit training can help men and women gain muscle and burn fat at the same time - even if they are over 60 years old.

Bodyweight workouts are for men and women who want to build sex appeal while improving their health, fitness, mobility, and vitality.

And bodyweight exercises are for anyone who wants faster results and the ability to workout at home, rather than being forced into a 2-hour round trip to the gym.

If you want to burn belly fat and sculpt your body like a cover model - while just saying NO to long, boring cardio and extreme overuse bodybuilding workouts -you'll love the Turbulence Training bodyweight workouts.

We know that interval training works better than steady state training for fat loss. I'm convinced that metabolic circuits like these are the next evolution in interval training.

If You're Not Injured Or A Bodybuilder

A few days ago in my Collected Wisdom post, I included the following from Paul Scott:

"Most of us are neither crippled nor on the verge of entering the Mr. Olympia competition, so why do we train as if either is the case? The answer is a combination of the gyms' desire to maximize profits, and our own desire to find workouts that don't involve work."

I realize that some readers may have been confused by that so I wanted to elaborate on it today.

Many, probably most, gyms have a machine circuit that contains exercises for different body parts. Typically, some of the machines you'll find are the Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Hip Abduction and Adduction, Pec Flye, Lateral Raise and Bicep Curl.

The object is to move through the circuit and when you're finished you will have worked all the major muscles of the body. The problem with this approach is that the majority of circuit machines work your muscles in isolation, which is rarely how our body works in real life.

Unless you're physically disabled, a bodybuilder or rehabbing an injury you will get far more benefit from performing compound exercises, which work multiple muscles at one time. Regardless of whether your goal is strength or fat loss, compound exercises are the way to go.

Too many people who are trying to drop fat spend way too much time doing exercises that are not the best use of their time. Bodybuilders may need to add some isolation work into their routine because their goal is too make their muscles are large as possible. Rehabbing an injury usually involves a lot of isolation work.

Are you injured? Is your goal to look like a bodybuilder? If not, and your goal is weight loss, Bicep Curls, Hip Abduction/Adduction, Tricep Kickbacks, Leg Extensions/Curls, Crunches, etc. will not give you the bang for your buck that Squats, Presses, Kettlebell Swings, Pushups, Rows, Deadlifts, etc. will.

I think Mr. Scott is right. Many gyms don't want to bother teaching members how to correctly perform free weights exercises; they use the excuse that machines are "safer". I also agree that most people will look for the easiest option when exercising. Of course, they'll also be the people who complain about not getting good results.

Remember, it's called working out for a reason.

3 Biggest Factors In Fat Loss by Craig Ballantyne

3 Biggest Factors In Fat Loss
By Craig Ballantyne

If you're trying to lose weight, you must know the 3 biggest factors in fat loss.

First up, is social support.

A study from Stanford University showed that social support is the #1 factor for success in female fitness programs.

I'd bet that its also important in male fitness programs - no matter how much guys would be unwilling to admit it.

And this should come as no surprise...just look at the popularity of Internet message boards dedicated to fitness and fat loss.

And while the social support can come from your spouse, family members, friends, the Internet (i.e. the Mens Health Belly Off Club) or co-workers, the Stanford study showed that individuals have a greater chance of sticking to an exercise program when they have to be accountable to an authority figure - such as a doctor, lifestyle coach, or trainer (again, use the MH Belly Off Club or other Internet weight loss club with experts).

Regardless, don't feel that you need to do this on your own. Get some social support and watch your success rate soar.

(I also encourage everyone to do a lifestyle review with his or her physician, especially if you are over 30 years of age and previously sedentary. Better safe than sorry. And it's also great to get your doctor into your social support group.).

Good communication and professional instruction will significantly increase your chances of success.

The second most important factor is nutrition.

That's right, what you eat is more important than how you exercise.
It's always tough for me to admit this, but its true. No matter how great a TT workout can be, it's no match for eating a large pizza or scarfing down a huge piece of chocolate cake. Nutrition will always have the final word on your fat loss success.

So make sure you know how many calories you are eating and have an expert check to make sure that you aren't eating something that you think is healthy, but in reality is actually an obstacle to your success.

And finally, the 3rd most important factor in fitness is exercise.

And the more customized your program is for you, the better your results will be. When you combine a great workout program with proper nutrition and accountability, you can make incredible changes...you can even feel like you are reversing the aging process.

"Hi Craig, I just have to respond to this email...I'm 55 years old and have been on TT for over a year now. I'm in the best shape of my life, have 15% body fat, can run easily 10+ mph on the treadmill, am stronger than ever, and I feel and look great (if I do say so myself). TT is simply AMAZING! So whoever thinks they are "too old"...forget about it.....never too old. If you have the commitment and desire, you can do it. And frankly, I don't accept the 'no time' excuse...there is a simple solution to the 'no time' reason...prioritize your daily activities and start thinking about your health FIRST...you are of no use to anyone when you're 'disable'. Enjoy life!"
Al Aiello

From Your Belly Fat

Below is a great e-mail I received from Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training.com It's a very creative way of stressing the value of training the right way to get rid of body fat.

How's it goin'!

This is a letter from your ol' pal, Belly Fat. We had a great run this summer, didn't we? Lots of good times, great food, and plain ol' sitting around eating too much.

Well, I'm thinking about sticking around another year if you don't mind. But you might need to get a bigger pair of pants, as I was thinking about expanding my place down here.

So do me a favor, avoid that interval training you were thinking of doing. The last time you did that stuff, I nearly had to look for a new place to live. I felt like the Wicked Witch of the West in the land of Oz. Did you hear me yelling, "Help me, I'm melting!"?

Instead, stick to that slow cardio stuff. Sure I get a little sweaty, and the ol' brain up there thinks it's doing "a real fat burning workout", but it's never enough to melt me outta here.

Another thing, keep listening to those experts who say strength training doesn't burn body fat. Since research shows they're wrong, if you added strength training to your program, you'd practically need to throw me a going away party!

After each one of those superset workouts you tried last January it felt like someone lit a match under our collective butt. I was burning up down here!

But boy oh boy, I sure was glad you gave that up and went back to just lifting utensils and not dumbbells. Otherwise we wouldn't have been able to celebrate another summer together this year.

Sometimes I wonder, what did you ever do in college without me, your trusted belly fat? Back then, you were probably one of those people that couldn't wait to get to the beach to show off your body, unlike these days.

Nope, stay in the shade and keep the cover-up clothes on, that's the way to go now. Besides, its a lot closer to the cold beer and the BBQ when you're sitting in the shade avoiding all the fun down on the beach.

Well, it sure was good catching up with you. I'm sure we'll be in touch more often, as long as you stay away from that Turbulence Training workout routine.

Brings a tear to my eye whenever I even think about that workout program and all the belly fat it's burned. Heck, it's fried more fat than a short order cook at a roadside truckstop.

So again, if you want to keep your dear old belly around for another year and another summer, do NOT use Turbulence Training - otherwise, its all over pal, and you'll never see me again.

Belly Fat says, "Don't use this"

==> http://www.turbulencetraining.com

Your friend and spare tire,

Belly Fat

PS - Seriously, don't go near that Turbulence Training program unless you want to see me, Thunder Thighs, Manboobs, Jigg Lee Arm Fat, and Luv Handles pack our bags and hit the highway.

It will be a sad farewell, and you'd be stuck with ripped abs, gorgeous glutes, and toned arms, and you know how much attention those guys get from the opposite sex. Who needs it, I say.

PPS - Don't do what this guy and gal did. They used Turbulence Training and look what happened to their belly fat. Now please go get me some more comfort food...

"Hi Craig - First, I LOVE your program. In just under two weeks, I have already started seeing definition - that has been my goal for as long as I have been working out (a LONG time). Keep up the GREAT work, and thanks!"
Susan Siceloff

==> http://www.turbulencetraining.com

"I lost 14 pounds this month and the weight is just falling off me. My wife says I now look like when we first met and I still have more to go. I can fit into my old jeans again which is a big deal for me. I just cut back on starches and bread and do your routine 2-3 times a week. I never thought in a million years that just 10-20 minutes of weight training followed by some cardio would get me such steady results. I even cheat a bit on the weekends."
Billy Williams

If you're in Lancaster and are serious about dropping body fat, call me at (717) 509-7777. Craig and I share a belief in challenging workouts using supersets and cardio intervals for best results.

If you're not in the Lancaster area, do yourself a favor and check out www.turbulencetraining.com I now design my own client workouts based on Craig's system and I highly recommend it.

Toning, Light Weights, & High Reps by Craig Ballantyne

Toning, Light Weights, & High Reps
By: Craig Ballantyne, CSCS, MS
Turbulence Training for FatLoss

I guess you could say it is my mission to show people the value of intense strength training for fat loss.

Every month more research comes out to support intense training over slow cardio, and light weights. And each week, in real-life, more and more men and women (yes, women too!) see the benefits of pushing themselves with strength training.

The evidence from research and real-life continues to pile up that you need to put down those light weights and cut out those high reps.

Take really light weights, add in isolation exercises, and repeat for a large number of reps. Do this for 3, 6, or 12 months, and you're guaranteed to have the same physique you have today. This approach just does not work.

You need to step out of your comfort zone with strength training.

Research has shown using a weight that enables only 8 reps per set results in a greater post-exercise metabolism than using a weight that allows 12 reps per set. And this was in women! So lifting challenging weights is not just for men, but also for the ladies.

Another research study showed that a 30-minute, hard total-body strength training session can boost metabolism about 36 hours. You just don't get that from slow cardio or light, "toning" isolation exercises, I'm sorry to say.

But what if you are worried about "bulking up"? Just do one or two sets of 8 reps per exercise, rather than three or four.

Bodybuilders know that high-volume training builds muscle. But if you don't want massive amounts of muscle, just don't do a lot of volume. That's just one of the reasons I don't use bodybuilder workout programs for fat loss.

Another way to avoid "bulking up" while still boosting your metabolism is to use more bodyweight exercises.

As for exercise choice, say goodbye to biceps curls, hamstring curls, and triceps kickbacks. Seriously, I couldn't think of a more useless exercise for a fat loss program than triceps kickbacks.

Stick to full body movements. Use squats, lunges, split squats, pushups, chinups, rows, etc.

Remember, you don't have a lot of time to workout. So you can't be doing bodybuilding splits from the 80's that call for three exercises for the long head of the triceps, and two exercises for each of the anterior, medial, and posterior deltoid.

That's just not possible in the real-world. A pushup trains almost all those muscles, and more. It works your abs, chest, triceps, and shoulders. That's the type of exercise that is going to help you get more fat loss results in less workout time.

I train in the concept of a short time frame. That is, anyone that wants to use my programs has less than 3 hours per week to devote to structured exercise. So there just isn't much room for isolation training in that time frame.

But training should be fun too, and adding some curls as a reward for completing a hard workout is fine, but only if you want to. You don't need those types of exercises to get results.

But remember, isolation exercises are not actually going to burn fat, but they can build muscle and help you sculpt your body. Here's the list of methods that lead to fat loss, in order of importance:

i) Nutrition
ii) Burning calories with interval training
iii) Burning calories due to an increased metabolism from interval training and strength training (with multi-muscle movements)

As long as you understand that nutrition is the most important factor in fat loss, and that strength training is essential for sculpting your body, than you will have realistic expectations of success - based on how well you commit to each process.

How To Get The Most From Your Workout

If you are like the average person interested in dropping some body fat, improving your health and getting stronger, then follow these guidelines to get the best results from your workouts:

* Always begin a workout with a full warmup. A good dynamic warmup prepares the muscles for what’s to come and allows you to work harder and with less risk of injury. If you are short on time, cut back on your working sets, never on your warmup.

* Perform a total body workout 3 times a week with at least one day of rest in between. Forget the bodybuilding mags and their body part routines. Muscles work in groups and trying to isolate them during a workout is a waste of time for the vast majority of people.

* Concentrate on compound exercises. Exercises like Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, Pushups, Rows, Pulldowns, Presses, etc. work multiple muscles at a time, are more functional, and burn more calories than isolation work.

* Forget about the "low weight, high reps to tone" B.S. that is still floating around out there. Challenge your muscle using a resistance that you can only perform 6-10 times with good form. (There are some exceptions, of course.)

* Make sure your strength training program is balanced between opposing muscle groups. Don't ignore exercises you don't like or do extra sets just of those that you do like. Either scenario can cause muscle imbalances.

* Choose cardio intervals over slow, steady state cardio for shorter, more productive workouts. However, limit interval training to 3 times a week, 4 if you are advanced exerciser.

* For fat loss, increased strength and energy, and overall good health, incorporate good nutrition into your lifestyle. Exercise without healthy nutrition will produce mediocre results. Remember, you can’t out-train a bad diet.

7 Ways To Get Motivated For Your Workout

Just received this article from Craig Ballantyne and with New Year's resolutions waning, I thought I should post it immediately.

7 Ways To Get Motivated For Your Workout
By: Craig Ballantyne, CSCS, MS
www.TurbulenceTraining.com

There will be days (everyday?) when you don't feel like doing your workout.

Sometimes you don't want to get out of bed.

Sometimes you don't want to leave your office because you feel like there are too many deadlines (but this is when you need a workout the most!).

Sometimes you don't want to end story time with the kids only to head down to the basement gym.

It even happens to me.

But I knew how I'd feel like a million bucks after the workout.

And in the end, I know I can't let myself become "soft" and start skipping workouts. I have to lead by example.

But if you are set on achieving a goal, then when it's workout time, come heck or high water you've got to bear down and do the job.

So here are 7 ways to get motivated for your workout and to get you inspired to get through your workout.

1) Reward yourself. Finish your workout and treat yourself to a magazine, a TV show, some extra time with your family, some new songs for your IPOD, or even a little extra time for yourself.

2) Or set up a punishment for missing workouts. Skip the workout, put $20 into a jar to spend on home repairs. Make sure your spouse controls the jar.

3) Review your goals everyday and every night. Keeping your goals fresh in your mind will help you stay on track.

4) Realize that the hardest part of the workout is often getting your butt to the gym. Once you get 5 minutes into the workout, you will be over the hump. So tell yourself, "I'll just go in and do 1 set of the first 2 exercises, then I can go". Next thing you know, you'll have done the entire workout.

5) Visualize yourself doing a great workout and finishing strong. Get yourself mentally prepared and you will literally have better workouts each time.

6) Crank the tunes. Seriously, nothing motivates like music.

7) Get social support. If you have a workout partner, you'll feel like crap if you let them down. Or become accountable to everyone in the Turbulence Training workout forums...if you don't post your workouts, they'll track you down and demand to know why you've fallen off track! So online or offline, get everyone on your side!

Now get out there and kick the fat to the curb,

Clarifying Yesterday's Post

I woke up this morning and realized that I may have created more confusion than clarity with yesterday's post.

To get the best results from strength training, you should change your routine every 4-6 weeks. For the most part, changing your workout involves varying the exercises you've been doing. (You should automatically be increasing your weights/resistance as you get stronger and doing so does not constitute changing your workout.) Most of my members have a new routine designed for them every 4-6 weeks.

Changing workouts too quickly often means you never really challenge your capabilities with adequate resistance.

I think some confusion may have been caused by my use of the word "program" yesterday. Some training programs such as Turbulence Training or those found in books like New Rules of Lifting or Winning By Losing, often contain months of different workout routines.

Yesterday, I wrote about people who jump from one training program to the next constantly in search of the hot, new philosophy or newest celebrity trainer. They'll do a couple of weeks of Afterburn then switch to a Chad Waterbury program, LL Cool J's book or Turbulence Training, without giving any of them a solid effort.

I'm the first one to tell you to listen to your body. If you faithfully follow a program and don't get results, dump it, but remember that many of the best programs are more alike than different and the bottom line is always that a mediocre effort will produce mediocre results.

Turbulence Training Special Expires at 11:59 PM

Just a reminder that Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training special containing the 5 additional bonuses expires at 11:59 PM tonight.

I have not had time to go through all the bonuses myself but I did find Brad Pilon's Eat, Stop, Eat very interesting and I've been experimenting with it. I've read extremely positive comments about Dax Moy's Mastering The Fat Loss Mindset. Holly Rigsby's Fit Yummy Mummy workouts use very little equipment (not even a stability ball) so you can easily do those at home or when you travel, regardless of whether or not you're a stay at home mom. I am really looking forward to checking out Secrets of the Transformation Masters but I absolutely must finish my January Fit Bits print newsletter first.

Anyway, here's the link again:
Turbulence Training

Obviously, you'll be able to buy TT after midnight but those 5 bonuses will not be part of the package. If you, or someone you know, is serious about fat loss in 2008, check out the link above.

...then I have a guaranteed way to help you burn fat and sculpt your body.

It involves simple workouts that can easily be done first thing in the morning or after your children go to bed, without endless hours of cardio, fancy equipment or expensive supplements.

Craig Ballantyne is a fat-loss expert, publishing his fat-burning workouts in national magazines such as Men's Health and Oxygen, along with online newsletters EarlyToRise and Total Health Breakthroughs. You've probably come across his videos on YouTube and Men's Health, as well.

Craig has also created a trademarked fat loss system called Turbulence Training. And as a fitness professional who's frustrated seeing people wasting their time doing ineffective workouts, I wanted to let you know about this great program that will help you reach your New Year's Resolutions.

I realize that there are fat loss programs all over the internet but I would never promote something I didn't believe in. I actually train clients differently now than I did in the past and Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training is the main reason.

Turbulence Training workouts are so much more efficient and effective than what the majority of people are doing. His fat loss philosophy is backed up by research, including his cardio workouts that are far superior to the common long, slow cardio workouts that too many people are doing (unsuccessfully, I might add).

Turbulence Training is the real deal - after all, if these workouts weren't, would the biggest fitness magazine in the world, Men's Health, feature Turbulence Training workouts? Of course not, they have too much to lose.

On the other hand, you have nothing to lose. Because not only are his workouts proven by both research and experience, but you also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee that you'll love his workouts. Or just return it for your money back.

Let me tell you more about the Turbulence Training workouts.

First of all, they can all be done at home with a dumbbells, a bench, and an exercise ball (a chin-up bar is also helpful for those that are strong enough).

Second, thousands of both men AND women (yes, women too!) have used the Turbulence Training workouts successfully to lose fat in a very short amount of time. He's proven that you don't need to be at the gym everyday for an hour or more.

In fact, the Turbulence Training workouts will only take 45 minutes, three days per week, and you can do everything at home. Of course, if you prefer the atmosphere of a gym, you can definitely use the workouts there as well.

Turbulence Training is as straight-forward as any fat loss program could be. There's no BS, no magic pills or powders to buy, and no expensive gym memberships required.

If you're not one of my personal training clients or a member of Body & Soul, then you don't have me designing your workouts. So, if you've ever struggled to figure out what to do next in your fat loss program, then worry no more. Turbulence Training spells it out, workout by workout, exercise by exercise, set by set, and rep by rep, for a full 16-weeks of advanced fat loss workouts.

Plus, the program also includes additional beginner workouts that will help any newcomer get started on their fat loss plan.

How badly do you finally want to succeed this year?

Maybe you got off to a great start last year, but your momentum fizzled out because you lacked the time to train 5 or more hours per week as per last year's instructions. Or maybe you just got tired of doing the same workout week-in, week-out, but your program didn't have any variety.

I know many of you exercise at gyms where you receive no direction or you train at home based on routines you found on the internet or in magazines. To succeed at fat loss, you need a long-term plan designed by an expert and tested on real people.

All of those needs are addressed by the Turbulence Training program. With all of the introductory workouts, regular TT bonuses,16-weeks of advanced fat loss workouts, AND these 5 limited-time bonuses, you could have enough workouts for over 6 months of fat loss. Imagine how you'll look in 6 months if you lose a pound of fat per week with Turbulence Training.

Wait, don't just imagine. Visualize. Believe. And then achieve. Picture yourself finally enjoying the healthy, trim body you've always wanted.

The body you've desired can be yours, and in less time than you've always thought necessary.

In addition to all of the workouts, you'll get Dr. Chris Mohr's TT Fat Loss Nutrition Guidelines, and Craig will tell you the #1 secret for sticking to a fat loss program.

Get ready to experience a new body thanks to all the inches you'll lose, the pounds you'll shed, and the energy you'll gain in the next few days, weeks, and months with a structured, professionally-designed, fat loss workout that you can do at home.

With Turbulence Training's efficient and effective exercise selection, and the use of time-saving, metabolism-boosting interval training, you'll get all of your workouts done in 45 minutes, three times per week.

That's right, in less time than it takes to watch an episode of American Idol or Dancing with the Stars (even if you TIVO it!), you can make massive improvements in your body.

So here's why I'm blogging about this today:

Craig is quickly becoming an international fitness and fat loss expert. His on-line clients now span the entire globe, and he no longer has space for new clients. And those that are lucky enough to work with him one-on-one pay over $200 per session for his guidance through their personal Turbulence Training workouts.

But now the good news. Craig's put together the ultimate Turbulence Training package that contains not only 16-weeks of advanced fat loss workouts and 10 weeks of beginner programs, but he's also added 5 new bonuses that are available only for the next three days.
